How Matching Works
The match percentage compares what he does on the ball: 19 rates per 90 minutes, such as passes, carries, take-ons, shots, chances created and defensive actions, standardised against every attacker with 450 or more minutes this season. The heat maps are real on-ball events and show where each player plays; they are not part of the score.
