Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using dribble360.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Dribble Inc., 44 Tehama St., San Francisco, CA 94105 ("Dribble", "we", "us").

2. Description of services

Dribble provides a football analytics platform including data tools, creator tools, API access, and BigQuery data products (collectively, the "Services"). Features available to you depend on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Account registration

To access paid features, you must provide a valid email address and pay the applicable subscription fee. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account or session token with third parties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are being shared or abused.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe.
• Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment covering twelve months of access.
• Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand.
• You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

5. Refund policy

We offer a 24-hour refund window from the date of your initial purchase or renewal. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 24 hours by emailing bw@dribble360.com with your order details.

After 24 hours, all sales are final. No refunds, credits, or pro-rated amounts will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period, plan downgrades, or cancellations made outside the 24-hour window.

This policy applies to all subscription plans, including monthly and annual billing cycles. The 24-hour window resets on each new billing cycle for annual renewals only; mid-cycle upgrades do not carry a new refund window.

Refund requests submitted after the 24-hour window will be declined. We recommend evaluating the Platform during the refund window to ensure it meets your needs before the window closes.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the Platform except via authorised API endpoints on paid API plans.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicence data obtained from the Platform without an explicit commercial licence (available on API Elite, API Flite, and BigQuery Commercial plans).
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
• Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls.
• Use automated means to access the Platform other than via documented API endpoints with a valid API key.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

7. Data and intellectual property

All football statistics, event data, and related content on the Platform are sourced from Opta (a Stats Perform company) under licence. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit this data except as permitted by your plan's licence terms.

Content you generate using Platform tools (scripts, titles, thumbnails, analyses) belongs to you. We claim no ownership over AI-generated content produced at your direction. However, Dribble retains the right to use aggregated, anonymised usage data to improve the Services.

The Dribble name, logo, and Platform design are the intellectual property of Dribble Inc. You may not use them without prior written permission.

8. API access

API plans grant access to Dribble's data API subject to the rate limits and licence terms of your plan tier. API keys are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your API key. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are misused, shared, or used in violation of these Terms.

Commercial use (building products or services on top of the data) requires API Elite, API Flite, or a BigQuery Commercial plan. Personal and research use is permitted on all paid plans.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Football data is provided by third-party sources and may contain errors or omissions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data on the Platform.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dribble Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your access to paid features ceases at the end of the current billing period (or immediately in the case of breach). The refund policy in Section 5 governs whether any payment is returned.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or United Kingdom, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by email to active subscribers with at least 14 days' notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
